Barbara (Barb) Stoner is a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement at Comcast Business, leading the sales training, communications and sales resources initiatives of the Enterprise Solutions sales account team. As a strategic partner and problem solver, she has 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, training and communications. Barb embraces teamwork and forms lasting partnerships as she works cross-functionally to impact positive change.
Prior to joining Comcast Business, Barb worked in the Housewares/Gift industry at companies such as Lifetime Brands, The Pfaltzgraff Company and The Boyds’ Collection LTD, where she held various positions of increasing responsibility in mid – senior level leadership. Her early career was focused on leading multi-channel sales, direct marketing and digital experience teams, focused on delivering sales and customer service excellence across channels. As an entrepreneur, she also ran a successful consulting business, providing C+ management level process design and development services.
A lifelong central PA resident, Barb is a graduate of Western International University and resides in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania with her husband Donny and two dogs, Sarge and Dakota. In her free time she enjoys playing music, spending time with nature, and is a certified Master Reiki practitioner.
