Manager, Customer Service Cable One

​Becky is a dedicated telecommunications professional currently serving as Customer Service Manager for Cable One.  In her current role she is responsible for the call center in Boise, Idaho.  Becky leads a customer service team that delivers customer care to the company’s systems throughout the United States as part of the Virtual Call Center operation. 

  

Becky’s career in telecommunications began in 1997 with TCI Cable in the Boise, Idaho system.  Throughout her 20 year career she has had held various leadership roles with Cable One in Boise as well the Phoenix corporate office.  The positions she has held include Marketing Manager, Local Sales Manager, Inbound Sales Supervisor, and Inbound Sales Operations Manager.  Becky’s responsibilities have included marketing and advertising, call center management, performance management, associate coaching and development, and system operations.  In 2015 Becky received an award for Outstanding Contribution in Sales Leadership and also received a Peak Performer Top Sales Award as a Sales Supervisor while working in the Phoenix corporate office.

Becky will graduate from the University of Phoenix in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree.  She is a proud mother of two children and is 15 years happily married.
