Belinda Aristy Maldonado is a VP of Human Resources for Mediacom Communications Corporation working out of their Corporate Headquarters in New York.
She has been with Mediacom since 2006 and is responsible for a variety of Human Resources functions including human resources information systems, reporting and analytics, compliance, employee relations and performance management. She also serves as an advisor to field Human Resources leaders to ensure the consistency and integrity of human resources practices throughout the organization.
Belinda has been instrumental in the implementation of HR tools such as Mediacom’s human resources information system, learning management system and applicant tracking system. As a result, today, Human Resources partners with Mediacom’s leadership in meeting critical business goals and objectives through advanced HR analytics. Human Resources serves as the main resource for information about its human capital.
Belinda has over 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Her career began in boutique executive recruitment, outplacement and executive coaching firms. She later worked in banking and finance where she held Human Resources Generalists roles.
Belinda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY New Paltz and has her Senior Professional Human Resource certification. Belinda resides in Monroe, New York with her husband and two daughters.
