Beth Bayes is the Vice President, Employee Communications for the West Region, Time Warner Cable. She is currently responsible for the development and execution of strategies and initiatives to advance employee communications across the evolving West Region, which includes the Pacific West, Texas and Midwest markets. She is a collaborative business partner who is passionate about employee engagement and focuses on clear, fun and timely communications, all geared to enhancing the employment experience.
Most recently, Beth served as Sr. Director of Talent Management and Development for Time Warner Cable, in the East Region’s Northeast service areas. In that role, she built an award winning virtual team that served as a model within Time Warner Cable, supporting regionalization efforts. Additionally, as an experienced change agent, Beth played an integral role in developing and communicating regionalization initiatives throughout the Northeast / National Region.
Prior to her leadership positions with Time Warner Cable, Beth held Executive Human Resources leadership positions with Paramount Parks Inc., a former Viacom company, and leading developer and operator of regional theme parks and location-based entertainment attractions in North America, entertaining thirteen million visitors annually.
Beth currently serves on Time Warner Cable’s regional Diversity and Inclusion Council and champions the efforts of the West Region Veterans and Disability Awareness Employee Networks. She recently assumed the role of Chapter Advisory for the WICT Greater Texas Chapter.
Beth has more than 25 years of Human Resources, Communications and Employee Engagement experience. She holds a BSBA from Xavier University as well as an SPHR certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. She is the proud mother of three daughters who continue to be the joy of her life.
