Beth Main

As HBO’s Senior Vice President of Domestic Network Distribution, Beth is responsible for the general management of all U.S. MSO partnerships, representing 50% of subscribers and revenue for HBO’s $5B domestic subscription business.

 

Recognized for consummate creativity and diplomacy when facing complex challenges with distribution partners, Beth consistently leads her team to record achievements. With signature integrity and transparency, her most enduring legacy is as a trusted collaborator in the midst of disruption and uncertainty.

 

Beth’s combination of people and business acumen has been the hallmark of a career marked by unique reinventions. These include marketing roles with California cable operators and a VOD start-up in the Silicon Valley; a writing sabbatical, resulting in the publication of a travel guidebook; and early success as a professional ballet dancer, having trained at the Joffrey Ballet School and the American Ballet Theatre School in New York City.

 

Beth holds a B.A. degree in English Literature from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She has been an Executive Member of WICT since 2002 and is a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, Class XXI. She serves on the Board of Directors for CTAM (Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing), joining industry leaders to solve complex business challenges and generate industry lift.
