Brandi Howard is Manager, Compensation and Benefits for Crown Media Family Networks, home of Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama, which is owned and operated by Crown Media Holdings, Inc. Based in Crown Media’s Los Angeles offices, Howard reports to Gene Hawkins, SVP Human Resources and Administration.
In her current role, Howard is responsible for administering the company’s employee benefit and wellness programs. She administers Crown Media’s compensation programs, policies, and procedures which includes survey participation, job evaluation, and market pay bench marking and analysis. Additionally, Howard is accountable for monitoring market conditions and regulations to ensure Crown Media ‘s pay practices remain current, compliant, and competitive.
Howard has over 12 years of experience in cultivating strategic human capital solutions, specializing in benefits administration, compensation, payroll, employee/labor relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
She holds a certification in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland, University College (UMUC) as well as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
