Brandy Turner is a Director of Sales Operations in Spectrum Enterprise at Charter Communications. In this role, she is responsible for leading efforts to ensure policies, processes, procedures, products, and systems are aligned and efficient for Enterprise sellers and their supporting teams. She has broad knowledge across the entire organization, and a knack for understanding how all of the parts fit together. She is known as a trusted partner and collaborator, and advocates passionately for a better tomorrow for all.
Brandy started her career with Charter Communications 21 years ago in Residential Video Repair. She has held several roles within her tenure spanning across residential, small business, and eventually Spectrum Enterprise, with a background in Sales and Operations in all business segments. She stood up the first Government Subsidized Programs team for the company, focused on supporting clients that receive Federal and/or State funding, and navigating the complex laws and rules that govern those programs. She has also led teams that manage RFx responses and pricing/IRR viability.
Brandy resides in Illinois, just outside of St. Louis, MO. She enjoys exploring National Parks with her husband and 15 year-old son, walking her dogs, being the #1 St. Louis Blues fan, and attending her son’s marching band competitions and hockey games. She also sometimes keeps her plants alive.
