Candance Campbell

Candance L. Campbell is a Senior Product Manager for residential My Account within the Xfinity Consumer Services Team at Comcast.  In this role, she is responsible for the execution and delivery of billing and users features for digital self-service across My Account web and app.  Prior to coming on board full-time with Comcast in 2015, Candance worked as a consultant to Comcast in various operational roles.

Some of Candance’s most recent and notable implementations are allowing a customer to modify their monthly bill due date and delivering a new billing component that has the ability to be leveraged across multiple Xfinity channels.  She is currently working on an omni project that offers parity features between Comcast agents and self-service users.

Candance was enrolled at a dual-degree student, where she obtained a B.S. in General Science with a Mathematics concentration from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA and a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in Greensboro, NC.  She furthered her education by earning her M.B. A. with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA.

Candance was born and raised in Trenton, NJ.  Although Candance has lived up and down the east coast, she currently resides in Philadelphia, PA.  She gets the most joy from spending ample time with her family and friends as well as travelling around the globe.  Candance finds much joy in working with underprivileged children and being an advocate for pancreatic cancer awareness.
