Candice Underwood is the Manager of Retail Sales for Suddenlink Communications in Russellville and Hot Springs Village. In this role she is responsible for coaching, performance enhancement, and sales growth within her stores. She also works directly with marketing and operations to drive sales performance, growth, and culture throughout the region.
Candice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Marketing from Arkansas Tech University and the first 10 years of her career was spent in the Human Resource field. After honing skills in human resource management, safety and operations, she discovered a love for marketing and sales, which led her to the position with Suddenlink. She joined the cable industry with Suddenlink in 2015, and has loved every minute of it!
She has enjoyed living in Russellville for more than 9 years with her husband and three children. She loves to sing in fact, she flew to Ohio 20 years ago and recorded a CD with her praise and worship team, she is a huge Razorback fan and she also enjoys running.
