Manager of Operations and Customer Relations Comcast Media Center
Carli Dahl is the Manager of Operations and Customer Relations at the Comcast Media Center (CMC), which is a business unit of Comcast Cable (formerly TCI/AT&T), based in Littleton, Colorado. She has fifteen years experience in Broadcast Operations, Traffic, Project Management, Special Events, Cross Product Platforms, Network Launches and High Profile Customer Service.
Carli has been with the CMC for twelve years and began with the company as a Broadcast Traffic Coordinator; she was quickly promoted to a Lead and then Traffic Supervisor. Her responsibilities and technology skills increased once she became a Broadcast Channel Manager, overseeing Origination Master Control, Traffic, Encode and Quality Control, along with being the single point of contact for several CMC clients, some examples include TV One, Sprout, CSTV, G4, Ovation, American Life, Oxygen, DMX, BET Digital Networks and In Demand PPV/Sports. Carli has effectively facilitated over 25 Network Launches at the Comcast Media Center. Client care, account management and quality service is her specialty.
Carli was elected and became one of the first Co-Presidents of the LDN. Leading, Development/Education and Networking is the primary focus of the group and the first major event held was volunteering at the Denver Children’s Home. She was selected for the CMC Succession Program and also participated in the WICT Rocky Mountain Mentoring Program.
Carli was born and raised in Connecticut and received a BA in Communications from Western Connecticut State University. After finishing college, she ventured out west in an old Jetta with her best friend (aka Thelma) on the road trip of a lifetime.
Now years later, married and a mom of two beautiful children, two dogs, one cat and a fish; she found her new home in sunny Colorado.
