Carly currently serves as Product Manager for the Residential Speed program under the broader Consumer Services organization for Comcast Cable. In this role she manages the consumer services HSD portfolio, is responsible for product strategy, product operations, new product launches, execution of speed increases and implementation of business processes. She is responsible for coordinating with division counterparts and stakeholders throughout the organization to assess industry needs and identify possible solutions to meet those requirements. She is tasked with representing the customer throughout the product lifecycle, defining end-to-end customer experiences and coordinates across other functional areas of the business to execute her responsibilities.
Carly joined Comcast in January 2018 in her current role. She just celebrated two years as a Comcaster and is looking forward to her future with the company. Prior to joining Comcast, she worked for Thomson Reuters in the IP & Science sector where she first began to identify her calling for Product Management. Carly graduated from the University of Vermont on 2010 with a Bachelors in education.
Carly lives in Media, PA with her partner Jon, and their dog and two cats. Carly enjoys reading, cooking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
