Carol Bedics is Senior Manager, Content Acquisition for Comcast Cable Communications. Her current responsibilities include managing the preparation, analysis and maintenance of the annual programming budget that includes $7.0 billion in costs. Her responsibilities also include managing day to day programming contract administration and communications with affiliate networks.
Carol has been with Comcast for nearly 10 years and previously she served as Manager, Marketing Sciences where she was responsible for managing marketing data and analysis projects used to formulate marketing strategy. Carol began her career at Comcast as a Senior Accountant for the Online Division. Prior to working at Comcast Carol worked as a Project Accountant for Turner Construction and as an Internal Auditor for the real estate portfolio of Equitable Life Insurance.
Carol received an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Accounting from La Salle University. She is a graduate of the Comcast University Fundamentals of Leadership Program. Carol is a WICT Philadelphia Board Member and served as the 2008 WICT Sponsorship Chair and is currently the 2009 WICT Membership Officer.
