Carolyn Carlson is a certified Columbia University Executive Coach, and Principal of Carolyn K Carlson, LLC, a personal coaching firm that focuses exclusively on Women-Coaching-Women. The firm is centered on supporting women through pivotal points in their lives – whether that is climbing a career ladder, considering a family, transitioning to a new job, or moving into their next stage in life. Carolyn’s authentic coaching style enables women to truly embrace "what’s next" and gives them the clarity and courage to take action.
Carolyn began her career as an Industrial Engineer at The Boeing Company, where she quickly learned how to navigate and excel among peers in a male-dominated industry. Her next career steps followed suit, and she rose through the ranks to make Partner at PwC and Senior Executive in IBM’s Global Services Human Capital Consulting business. Currently, and in addition to her coaching firm, Carolyn is President and Co-founder of StangerCarlson LLC, a Strategy and Leadership firm.
