Caron Cone is a Director of Human Resources for Turner Broadcasting System. Her responsibilities include providing Human Resources leadership and strategic generalist support for the largest division of Turner – Technology, Strategy, & Operations (TS&O). TS&O designs, operates, and maintains the critical technical infrastructure necessary to bring our branded content to market. Caron leads a team of HR professionals and together they create successful partnerships with executive leadership and business unit managers to influence the development of business strategy, align organizational capabilities, and shift company culture in order to achieve short- and long-term operational, growth, and financial objectives.
Prior to joining Turner in October 2010, Caron spent 4 years providing strategic HR support within multiple Siemens operating companies. She also spent 10 years in the petroleum pipeline industry gaining a wealth of experience in Operations, Logistics, Project Management, Maintenance & Construction, Operational Risk Management, and Human Resources. Caron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville along with a Masters of Human Resources Management and Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Caron resides in Atlanta with her husband and young daughter.
