Carrie Washburn is a Regional Manager of Customer Care for the Advanced Solutions Center.  In this role Carrie has a critical responsibility for the direction and successful operation of all business initiatives within her center of 200+ employees.    Carrie’s responsibilities include communicating a clear vision of her company’s future, helping employees to navigate through change, and motivating them to achieve specific goals through positive reinforcement and support.  

 

Carrie started as a Customer Care Agent and progressed through many roles and responsibilities in her 14 year career with the Telecommunications Industry.  Carrie has held increasing leadership roles in Billing, E-Care, Corporate Escalations, and most recently Advanced Solutions.  Her drive to deliver best in class service to Comcast customers both internally and externally through various initiatives has led to her steady career growth over the years. 

 

Carrie is honored to be chosen as a member of the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) 2014 class of Rising Leaders.  Carrie attended West Chester University and pursued a B.A. in Business and while there she was an active member of the international Women’s Fraternity Alpha Phi.  In her spare time, Carrie enjoys reading, all things sports, and spending time with her family and friends.
