Catherine Arthur is currently Senior Manager, Finance for Comcast Cable’s West Division in Centennial, CO. In this role, she is responsible for leading the Residential Revenue FP&A team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Additionally, she collaborates with internal stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization to help drive decisions focused on growth and improving customer experience.
She leads a team of six who support Finance and functional Operations teams across six West Division regions serving customers in ten states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
Catherine joined Comcast in 2013 as Manager, Revenue Operations for the West Division supporting Comcast Business and six regional finance teams. During her 8 years with Comcast, she has held different roles across the West Division supporting a variety of business partners including Construction, Engineering, Marketing, Accounting, Residential and Business Services. However, her most rewarding and important role is being a people leader.
Prior to joining Comcast, Catherine spent 15 years in various Finance and Operations roles in the telecommunications industry. She began her career as a front line service rep, but gained progressive experience by taking roles with increasing levels of responsibility that led to advancement in her current role. The foundation of her professional development is also enhanced by a solid education. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees while working full-time taking classes at night and on weekends for 8 years.
Catherine is a first generation college graduate who earned her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver graduating in the top 1% of her class with Summa Cum Laude honors. She later earned her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Catherine lives in Colorado with her husband, Robert, and together they have three adult children: Scott Arthur, Amanda (Anthony) Milano, and Brandon Arthur. She loves spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren Oliver and Sophia. She also loves spending time outdoors and traveling just about anywhere in the world.
