Catherine Kilstrom

Catherine Kilstrom is the senior vice president of Customer Care for Comcast Cable Corporation’s West Division, serving six million video customers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.  In this position, Kilstrom is responsible for customer care strategy and planning, customer service standards and centralized care operations for advanced services.

Kilstrom has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and information industry. Prior to accepting her current position at Comcast in November 2002, she joined AT&T in September of 1997 as vice president of Business Local Services and moved to the role of senior vice president – Telephony for AT&T Broadband in 1999.  In 2001, Kilstrom was appointed to the position of senior vice president of Customer Care for AT&T Broadband.

Before joining AT&T, Kilstrom worked for US West, where she was vice president of Marketing and vice president of National Account Sales and Service.

Kilstrom graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in business and marketing.  She is also a graduate of Columbia University and University of Minnesota executive programs.

Kilstrom lives in Denver and is a member of the Women’s Vision Foundation board of directors, the University of Coloradoat Denver’s board of advisors, the 9NEWS board of governors for the 9WHO CARE program.  She received the ‘2005 Woman of the Year Award’ from the Rocky Mountain-Women in Cable Telecommunications organization, and presided as chapter president during 2007 and 2008.  Cathy continues to serve on the Rocky Mountain WICT board of directors and was elected to the WICT national board of directors in 2009.
