Cathy Serksnas is Vice President and General Manager of the Northern Region of Time Warner Cable’s Los Angeles Division, overseeing more than 400 employees, providing cable television, high –speed data and telephone service to more than 150,000 subscribers in the San Fernando, San Gabriel and Santa Clarita Valleys. Ms. Serksnas has more than two decades of service to the cable industry as a system manager and in business operations in Chicago and Los Angeles. She has worked in Information Management, Operations, Business & Finance and Senior Management. She is a well-rounded leader who understands the intricate correlation between direct customer service and the bottom line. She has developed policies and practices to foster open lines of communications between employees and customers to ensure continuous quality improvement in service and business practices. Cathy received her Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from DePaul University and an MBA from the Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management. She serves on the board of Mission College, California Cable and Telecommunications Association and the Southern California Chapter of Women in Cable and Telecommunications.
