Charlon McIntosh

Charlon McIntosh is the Group Vice President of Customer Care for Time Warner Cable’s Business Class organization.  In this role, Charlon is responsible for developing, facilitating and implementing strategies aimed at delivering a superior customer experience for Time Warner Cable’s commercial customers.  Charlon is responsible for all aspects of customer care operations for Business Class customers across the entire Time Warner Cable footprint.

 

Previously, Charlon was the Regional Vice President of Customer Service for Comcast’s Mile High region.  With responsibility for overall customer service management for over 1 million customers, Charlon oversaw the region’s customer service operations, including 2 call centers and more than 1,000 customer service employees. 

 

Charlon’s Comcast experience also includes positions in business operations and regulatory finance.  Prior to joining Comcast, Charlon was a participant in SBC’s (now AT&T) prestigious Leadership Development Program, where she held positions in regulatory, customer service and network operations.

 

Charlon is an active member of the community.  She has held or currently holds board positions for the following organizations- Urban League of Metro Denver, Public Education Business Coalition, Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce, National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications, Women in Cable Television, the Harris YMCA and the Time Warner Cable Women’s Collective. 

 

Charlon earned an MBA from New York University and graduated with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley.  She is also a graduate of the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program and is a Women in Cable Television Betsy Magness Leadership Institute Fellow.  In 2009, Charlon was recognized as a “Woman to Watch” by the Rocky Mountain chapter of Women in Cable Television.  In 2011, Charlon was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of the top “40 under 40” leaders in the Denver area.   She has also been named as one of the Most Influential Minorities in Cable by Cablefax Magazine

 

Charlon lives in currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her daughter Eden.
