Christine Woodhouse

Christine Woodhouse is a connecter at heart, energized by connecting people to opportunities, ideas and one another. As director of internal communications, she’s focused on connecting employees’ day-to-day work to the company strategy and, in doing so, generating a sense of purpose through individual efforts. Christine guides her team toward investigative reporting to unearth powerful examples and inspiring stories that illustrate this powerful connection for the largest functions in the organization, including Customer Care, Field Operations, Sales and Technology. She works closely with leaders, from C-suite to line managers, to translate function priorities into consistent messaging that results in informed and engaged employees.

Christine’s internal communications experience includes serving as manager of associate communications at HD Supply and as editor of the employee intranet at The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to that, she held several marketing communications roles on both the agency and client side.

Christine graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Writing for TV, Radio, Film from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and loved it so much she went back and earned her Masters in Communication Management in 2013. Christine has made good use of her undergrad degree in quarantine by watching all the tv and devouring podcasts like candy. Other hobbies include reading, baking and embroidery.
