Cindy DeFino is the Director for Optimum Online Product Operations for Cablevision’s broadband Internet service. She and her team lead the development of detailed requirements and functional specifications for customer facing and operational projects, sharing and shaping these requirements.
Cindy has been with Cablevision for fifteen years and has experience that includes product development and operations. She began with the company as a Customer Support Representative before joining the Billing and Collections department where she was responsible for collections and support functions. As Manager of Product Operations, she greatly increased her responsibilities and expertise in technology. Her deep subject matter expertise on key processes enables the launch of new services and feature offerings to the market.
Cindy is married with three daughters and lives in New York.
