Cindy Reberg

Cindy Reberg serves as Vice President of Field Communication for Comcast Spotlight. Reporting to Spotlight’s SVP & GM, she is responsible for development and execution of communications programs for 3,800+ employees.

 

Cindy has a high degree of focus on creating new employee communication vehicles that drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results.

 

Her strategy ensures that the goal of streamlining, simplifying and delivering communication, in a way that best serves Comcast Spotlight’s internal customers, is fulfilled. She is responsible for creating and implementing a long-term communication plan that supports employee growth and engagement, and Comcast Spotlight goal achievement. Several of her programs have won Gold Quill Awards from the International Association of Business Communicators.

 

Prior to joining Comcast Spotlight in 2008, Cindy gained 14 years of advertising industry knowledge at The Detroit News and Detroit Free Press. Her vast experience included roles in the Marketing, Operations and Sales divisions of the company. Prior to her current position, she held positions including Executive Director of Communication and Marketing Director at Spotlight.

 

In addition to being a graduate of Spotlight’s Women In Leadership (WIL) and Executive Leadership Career Advancement Programs (ELCAP), she sat on the Board of the Michigan Chapter of WICT for three years and is active with the International Association of Business Communicators.

 

Cindy believes in making a positive impact. She is active in missionary work that supports orphans and poverty-stricken people in Honduras, Central America and she led a team toward the finish line of the Susan G. Komen 3 Day for the Cure 60 mile walk in Michigan. 

 

Cindy is a graduate of Michigan State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, with a focus on Marketing and Communications.
