Cishawn is a HR Director with A+E Networks. In this role Cishawn partners with the revenue generating client groups in the NY HQ/Regional/International offices. In her role, Cishawn focuses her expertise in building strong relationships with her clients while helping them navigate exciting and challenging talent management opportunities. Partnering with her clients, Cishawn provides unwavering expert support in all HR functions, from talent acquisition to succession planning so her clients may develop and execute their key business objectives.
Cishawn has more than fifteen years of HR experience in media. Known for her dedication to both the organization and client/employees, she manages HR for the business, while at the same time understanding client/employee needs and being compassionate when dealing with employee issues.
Before joining A+E Networks for a quick stint in 1999, Cishawn began her career in HR at PwC. Cishawn worked six years for a diverse range of organizations, including ESPN, Quadriserv and Trafin Corporation before landing back at A+E in 2007.
Cishawn received her B.S. in Communications Studies form NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education & Human Development.
