Claudette Robinson

Claudette’s television career spans over two decades.  Currently, she is a Manager in Network and Production Operations at Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution (ESPN).  Her primary focuses are recruiting and retention, executed through critically assessing and evaluating potential candidates, and simultaneously creating and implementing initiatives to decrease turnover among current staff.  Outside of her core responsibilities, Claudette was selected and participates on the Diversity Action Team – whose goal is to promote and foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Claudette has been with ESPN for six years.  Prior to joining TWDC, she worked at a number of diverse networks in her home country of Jamaica, operating as an Executive Producer for network programming. In this time, she gained extensive experience in studio and remote production, planned and developed a myriad of productions – including originals, and was frequently used for voice over and on-air talent. She also executed on budgetary and operational needs.

Claudette is a Canadian born Jamaican living in America.  Her love for television began at an early age by observing her father’s dynamic and inspiring media career.  He instilled in her and her siblings the importance of honesty, fairness and kindness.  She has two adult children whom she adores and when she is not at work, she loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
