Colleen Woodworth is the Manager of Regional Human Resources for the Field Operations Group supporting the Central Region at Charter Communications. She joined the company in 2011. Colleen received an Achievement Award in 2014 as well as 2016 and also received the company Distinction Award in 2016. She is currently a member of the local SHRM Chapter in Madison, WI. She received a degree in Human Resources Management from Madison College and her PHR certification in 2015.
Colleen has responsibility for recruiting across the Central Region Field Operations teams as well as the Human Resources support for the Regional Support Center and the Regional Operations Center. She also helps to support the regional initiatives such as the Spectrum Superstars program and the annual performance review process. Prior to joining Charter Communications, Colleen worked for a municipal utility for 10 years helping to build their fiber to the home projects.
Colleen lives in Wisconsin with her husband Randy, children Jenesa and Nicholas and her Golden Doodle Cooper. She enjoys spending time hiking, biking and traveling with her family.
