Cori is the Director of Sales Compensation & Compliance Reporting, joining the HQ National Sales Operations team in July 2017, working with HQ, division and region Sales Channel & Sales Operations leaders to ensure adoption, accuracy and compliance to Sales Excellence, Quality of Sale and compensation plan policies. In this role, Cori is responsible collaboration and bringing together the vision that provides intuitive, actionable reporting down to the most finite detail – agent level performance.
Cori has worked at Comcast for 11 years, where she began her career as a Business Services Analyst working for the Northeast Division. During her time in Business Services, Cori grew in this role to Supervisor by improving business metrics with creating daily/weekly/monthly performance dashboards highlighting opportunities for coaching and increased agent performance, participated as a member of a national team established to launch a new Compensation Tool (iCoMP) providing insight on features, functionality and reporting for a successful deployment, as well as help draft the necessary training materials for all levels of end-users, and lastly established a governance process to manage agent level compensation disputes that was later taken and rolled out nationally.
It was the efforts on the iCoMP Team that landed Cori her next role and the transition from Business Services to Residential Services where she would spend the next 5 years of her career, supporting the leadership teams in rolling out a new national compensation tool, bringing national compensation plans to channels that never before were standardized and finally leading one of the largest campaign roll-outs at Comcast – Sales Excellence and Quality of Sale.
Cori was awarded a ‘President’s Club’ nomination in 2011 (Business Services) as well as ‘The Elite’ in 2017 (Residential Services) for her efforts and success with the iCoMP tool and Sales Excellence, Quality of Sales national roll-outs. These nominations are voted on by leadership, both HQ and Divisions, and are only give to 3 persons within each Division. Currently, Cori is the only employee in Northeast Division to have earned both awards.
Cori lives in New Hampshire with her husband, David, daughter Meadow (9), cat Bubs (5), dog Cooper (Yorkie, 2) and dog Ace (Black Lab, 1). Cori loves the outdoors and is an avid "glamper" with a seasonal site, where she and her family enjoy weekends away, relaxing and roasting marshmallows over the fire.
