Manager, Business Operations Comcast
Crystal is a Business Operations Manager for Comcast in the Washington Region. She started her career at Comcast in 2006 as a call center agent then earned her degree and moved to the finance department 9 years ago. In her current role she leads a team responsible for the financial planning and analysis of all tech ops, network maintenance, engineering, construction, & warehouse expenses across Washington. Crystal’s team partners with operational leaders to manage a $240M annual budget through collaborative month-end & forecast reviews along with insightful reporting and modeling.
Crystal is also the Community Service Chair of the Young Professionals Network which is a Comcast Employee Resource Group. She’s led multiple Comcast Cares Day projects and continues to build relationships local partners.
Crystal grew up in Utah and attended the University of Utah where she graduated with her Master’s Degree in Accounting. She also holds her CPA license. She enjoys camping, hiking, and exploring the PNW with her husband Jake and 2-year-old son Maddox.
