Crystal Robinson is the HFC Core Senior Manager based out of Columbia, SC. In this role, Crystal leads a team of 18 engineers that are responsible for the design and build out of TWC hub sites including equipment, configurations and wiring that provide Video, Phone and Internet Services to the South Carolina Time Warner Cable Customer base.
Crystal began her cable career with Time Warner Cable as a desktop support technician. She made the transition from IT, and Internal Support to Engineering in 2006. In her role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Core Engineering team, as well as large scale projects for deployments such as DOCSIS and Switched Digital Video. Crystal actively works with the local colleges to keep bringing new talent into the Time Warner workplace through intern programs and enjoys participating in events that work with youth in technology.
Crystal holds a BA from Winthrop University in South Carolina, member of SCTE and WICT and was awarded the Carolina WICT Woman to Watch Accolade Award in 2009.
