Daisy Auger-Dominguez

Daisy Auger-Dominguez is a multi-industry global leader with proven success leading enterprise human capital transformations through people, culture and social impact practices.  As Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Viacom, she leads the strategic development and operational execution of talent acquisition across global properties, inclusive of workforce diversity, next generation talent, market intelligence & analytics, and internal mobility. 

 

Ms. Auger-Domínguez’s career spans 20 years of experience in frontline business, corporate social responsibility, human resources, and leadership roles across finance, media and technology. She is recognized for successfully cultivating and maximizing innovation and creativity through inclusive people, culture and social impact practices. Prior to Viacom, she led Diversity Staffing and strategy and programs to enhance diversity and inclusion at Google and the Alphabet companies.

 

Prior to Google, she was Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion at the Disney ABC Television Group where she led talent acquisition and diversity strategies across The Walt Disney Company’s global entertainment and news television properties, owned television stations, and radio stations. Prior to the Disney ABC Television Group, she was Managing Director, Executive Search Initiatives at Time Warner, Inc. where she was responsible for enterprise wide diversity executive sourcing strategies.

 

As the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion and Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Moody’s Corporation she launched and led the company’s first global diversity and inclusion function and concurrently managed Moody’s recruitment in the Americas. Daisy began her twelve-year
career at Moody’s as a credit risk analyst covering domestic municipal and global corporate project finance transactions in the transportation sector. As Manager, Philanthropic Programs, she implemented global corporate responsibility initiatives.

 

A passionate supporter of organizational cultures where everyone has access and opportunity, Ms. Auger Domínguez has received numerous recognitions for her civic engagement and professional leadership including the Boys and Girls Club of Harlem, Latino Justice Latina Trailblazer, Latino Trend Setter, a New York City Council Community Involvement Award, El Diario La Prensa’s Latinas Destacadas, and Time Warner’s Andrew Heiskell Community Service Award, and in 2002 was selected by the U.S. Embassy of Spain as one of fifteen Young Hispanic Leaders. She is a 1998 alum of the Coro Fellowship for Leadership in Public Affairs. A sought after speaker, Daisy has presented or moderated at numerous conferences and forums on diversity and inclusion sponsored by such organizations as the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, the Conference Board, the Paley Center, the National Association for MultiEthnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and McKinsey.

 

She serves on the board of directors of the Council of Urban Professionals and as advisor to several service and professional organizations.

 

Daisy holds an M.P.A. from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at NYU and a B.A. from Bucknell University. Born in New York City to parents of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent and raised in the Dominican Republic, she now resides in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and daughter.
