Dalia Spingarn is the Director of Programming & Product Development for Content Distribution at NBC Universal. She is responsible for programming rights, windowing, and strategy across traditional cable, satellite, and telco distributors and emerging online video distributors for all NBCU networks. Prior to joining NBC Universal, Dalia worked for Sony Network Entertainment, managing domestic and international TV, EST, and VOD on the Playstation Store and for Disney-ABC Digital Media managing full episode distribution and short and long form video on Disney-ABC’s suite of websites.
Dalia developed a passion for television during childhood when she was only allowed to watch one day a week and would sneak to the TV in the middle of the night to watch the series that her classmates would be discussing the next day. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s of business administration from the University of Southern California and currently lives in Los Angeles with her wife and two dogs.
