Danielle Haaksma joined Spectrum Reach in 2004 as an Account Executive in West Michigan. This was Danielle’s first sales role and first role in media. Danielle excelled in sales building her account list and developing rapport within her market. Within 2 years Danielle was nominated by her Senior Director for a leadership program the company supported. This program was a yearlong and helped to prepare her for leadership. Within her third year the company moved her to Tennessee for her first Local Sales Manager position.
While in Tennessee Danielle led a small team where the market was primarily focused on local origination. Within three years of success in Tennessee Danielle was promoted to a larger market back in West Michigan. Here she led a team focused on selling the cable networks and shortly thereafter digital products through Spectrum Reach. Within two years she was promoted to the General Sales Manager for the state of Michigan leading 5 offices. Most recently, in January of 2018, Danielle was promoted to Director of Sales and moved to St. Louis MO.
Danielle enjoys working with a team and giving back. She and her husband have coached several classes on Financial Peace and their family also spends time serving at the Rescue Mission each weekend.
Danielle was born and raised in Michigan. She graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelors in Business. She loves Michigan but she has also enjoyed the opportunity to live in different areas with her husband and two children. Her favorite past time is watching her kids play sports. She enjoys being active and spending time with her family and friends.
