Deb Papenbrok

Deb Papenbrok is the Manager of Business Services Operations Support for Comcast’s Greater Chicago Region.  In this role, Deb provides leadership with focused support for Construction, Technical Operations, and Engineering for Commercial Services.  This includes project management, process improvement and development, and new product implementations.  Deb and her team work with multiple departments to drive customer orders from signature to installation for Metro Ethernet, Advanced Voice, and Small to Medium Business products.  In addition, she provides tracking and reporting on key performance metrics and goals for the region.  Deb is also responsible for developing and implementing operational processes to comply with division and corporate initiatives across the regional Business Services organizations.  

        

Prior to Comcast, Deb managed the Network Planning department for CIMCO Communications.  During this time, her responsibilities included capacity management, network implementation, and network provisioning.   She began her telecom career with WorldCom where she led the Local Switch Network Provisioning department.  Deb has been in the telecommunications industry for nearly twenty years, and recently celebrated her ten year anniversary with Comcast.     

 

Deb holds a degree in Organizational Communication from North Central College in Naperville Illinois.  She served two years as Programming Director on the Chicago Chapter Board for Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), and continues to be a member.  She is also a member of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communication (NAMIC).
