Deborah Cliburn is a service delivery manager for Scripps Networks IT content delivery team. In this role, she is part of a team that creates, changes and deploys the IT systems which deliver Scripps content to our websites and digital partners such as Netflix and Amazon. Deborah strives ensure that the systems developed exceed business partners’ needs and she endeavors to improve the current business processes.
Prior to her current role, Deborah was a systems analyst within IT data services and enterprise architecture area. She liaised with the business users representing their needs for the teams.
Before joining Scripps, Deborah began her career in software as a developer. She then moved into data analytics and data visualization areas of IT before entering management. As an IT manager, she has worked in the convenience store, hospitality, enterprise software, and financial lending industries before landing in the media industry at Scripps.
Deborah has a degree in computer science from Mississippi College. She currently resides in Knoxville, TN and is always up for a data visualization challenge.
