DeDe Brown

DeDe Brown is the Senior Vice President of Multicultural Marketing and Publicity at Paramount Pictures. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic development of multicultural publicity campaigns for Paramount’s slate of films.

Prior to joining Paramount Pictures, DeDe worked on such blockbuster films as Spiderman: Into The Spider-Verse, Godzilla, Bad Boys For Life and hit TV shows South Side, God Friended Me, and The Neighborhood. DeDe was an in-demand freelance consultant in the media, sports, and fashion sectors for over seven years. For eight years, she served as the Director of Special Events and PR at the New York Post.

She is the co-host of Blk On The Scene, a podcast that celebrates Black people and content in the entertainment industry that help drive change and authentic representation. DeDe is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and resides in Brooklyn, NY.
