Senior Director of Customer Service & Training Time Warner Cable
Denise McGraw is Senior Director of Customer Service and Training for the Syracuse Division of Time Warner Cable. In that position she oversees, develops and implements strategic and customer service policies and procedures for Division. She is also responsible for related customer-support functions including Division Call Centers, Cable Stores and customer service staffing allocation levels. Denise has her degree in marketing from Alfred State College, and began her career in cable more than 20 years ago. Denise held several positions including Direct Sales and Customer Service until she ventured into the technical arena as a technician and Technical Supervisor. Her role in training and development has contributed in part to the division’s success of launching Digital Cable, High Speed and most recently Digital Phone in the Syracuse market. She is active in industry and community affairs, highlighted by her role as advisor for the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Management Conference. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Salvation Army and the The Friends of Rosamond Gifford Zoo at Burnet Park. Denise’s greatest accomplishments are her sons Shaun 12 and Colin 8 in whom she and her husband Owen share most of their time during baseball, football and basketball seasons.
