Diana is a Human Resources leader with a focus on diversity and inclusion, increased employee engagement, and improved retention. Currently employed as a Senior Manager, Human Resources at Comcast she leads people strategies aimed at promoting organizational health, leadership development and talent management. She has served as a business partner for call centers, sales teams and marketing operations across multiple countries.
Prior to Comcast, Diana worked as a human resources business partner at Western Union. She earned her Master’s degree in Human Resources at The University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business. In her free time, Diana enjoys travelling, volunteering and spending time with her family.
