Diana Monk

Diana currently leads the Corporate Learning Solutions team, a center of excellence for learning at Charter.

Diana joined Charter Communications (then Time Warner Cable) in 2002 as the first Sales Trainer in the Raleigh, NC market, focusing on training consultative sales skills to customer services, sales, and field technicians.

After holding several roles in the business and within it’s learning space, Diana joined the HR Talent team to lead the newly formed Learning team for Charter Communications in 2016.
