Finance Manager Comcast
Diane graduated from the University of Vermont in May of 1994, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
She accepted a position at Deloitte & Touche, LLP where she worked in public accounting for 5 years. During that time she obtained her CPA. Diane left public accounting in 1999 to pursue a career in private accounting and accepted a position as Finance Reporting Manager at Millipore Corporation a manufacturing company in Bedford, Massachusetts.
In this role she prepared and filed Form 10K, the Annual and quarterly reports to the SEC. In this role Diane received an Outstanding Service Award for assisting human resources with the rollover of the 401(k) plan. She worked at Millipore for about 18 months when she was presented with an opportunity work at Predictive Networks, a start up technology Company. Diane worked there for 2 years, until the Company closed its doors due poor market conditions in 2002.
In Dec 2002, I accepted a position at RiverStone Resources, LLC another small start up company, as Accounting Manager and worked there for the next 4 years. In this role, I supervised a total of 5 full-time employees. During her time at RiverStone Diane implemented policies, procedures and controls surrounding accounts payable, cash and expense reimbursements.
In April 2007, she accepted a position at Comcast as Finance Manager for the Northern New England Region. In this role her main responsibility was to manage the forecast and budget process for operating expenses of $500M. In February, 2008 Diane accepted a position at the North Central Division as Finance Manager supporting Marketing and Human Resources.
