As Director of Commercial Broadband Product Management for Cablevision Systems Corp., Doreen J. Gebbia focuses on Optimum Internet, phone and wireless products for small and medium sized businesses. In this role, she helps define the product, manage customer experience and direct the go-to-market strategy. She is also responsible for identifying new product opportunities through thorough analysis of market conditions based on customer insight, external market data and new technologies. In particular, she focuses on further strategic penetration of the extensive Optimum WiFi network throughout the business market.
Since joining Cablevision, Doreen has launched leading product initiatives that have significantly enhanced Cablevision’s commercial voice products, including business-class phone, SIP trunking and Virtual Receptionist.
Doreen has more than 12 years of experience in telecommunications, including contributions to Lightpath, AT&T and E&I Cooperative. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
Doreen is the proud aunt of two nephews and a niece with whom she enjoys spending time. She is from Long Island, NY and currently resides in Nesconset, NY.
