Dr. Anne Perschel

For over 20 years, Dr. Anne Perschel has been an “unstoppable force for the advancement of women leaders,” beginning with her role as chair of the the Women in Manufacturing conference at a Fortune 50 company. She is currently a coach to senior women in a variety of industries. She also works with companies to address systemic and cultural obstacles that stand in the way of the promotion and success of women executives. She serves on the board of Girl Scouts of Central and Western Mass as well.

Dr. Perschel, president of Germane Consulting has over twenty years experience in organization development, leadership development, coaching and advising senior leaders. She has also held management roles in two Fortune 50 companies. Dr. Perschel has a Masters degree in Organization Development and a Doctorate in Psychology and serves as Master Coach and supervisor with the Coach Certification program of Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.

Dr. Perschel works with global and national firms including Intel, Apria Healthcare, Philips Medical, CVS and The Broad Institute of M.I.T. She also works with educational and non-profit institutions including Yale University, University of Massachusetts Medical Center, Society of American Foresters, and YMCA of Central Mass. Her work and articles have appeared in numerous publications including Business Week, PINK Magazine, and Global Business and Organizational Excellence. She is also an Expert Blogger for PINK Magazine’s on-line community.
