Ebony manages a variety of projects within our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management function, but her main role is lead of Comcast’s University Relations program. Acting as a liaison between the company and universities around the country, she builds relationships and innovative strategies in order to strengthen Comcast’s employer-of-choice brand. Internally, her responsibility is to identify and advocate for opportunities for interns and recent graduates. Previously, she was in the Comcast Corporate Communications department where she focused on increasing visibility of the company’s diversity and philanthropic initiatives.
Ebony enjoys volunteering with various charitable organizations and was recently named to the board of Campus Philly. Campus Philly is a nonprofit organization that fuels economic growth by encouraging college students to study, explore, live, and work in the Greater Philadelphia tri-state region.
Ebony has a B.A. Sociology from Georgetown College and M. Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary. She loves living in Philadelphia with her husband, John. Together, they enjoy traveling the world, cooking, and going for long walks with their greyhound.
