Sr. Director, Systems Engineering Comcast
Eilisa Reid is Senior Director of Service Enablement and Fulfillment in Systems Engineering, a part of the Technology and Product organization at Comcast. In this role, Eilisa is responsible for leading the technology roadmap and software development for the Comcast national activation platform, order orchestration system, provisioning environment, and work force automation platform. She owns the service delivery components that underpin the onboarding experience for Comcast customers and technicians across all lines of business, including voice, video, data, and wireless in both the residential and commercial space. Accordingly, she drives business and technical solutions for high speed data and connected home initiatives, telephony and regulatory services, customer premise device provisioning, and order management. In addition, Eilisa supports field and technical operations with the necessary tooling, analytics, and automation to enable the best possible experience for employees and customers throughout the entirety of the Comcast fulfimment journey. Eilisa’s team is pivotal in supporting overall business objectives to meet the needs of internal and external customers, and critical to defining the overall user experience related to new customer or product onboarding.
Prior to joining Comcast over 12 years ago, Eilisa was the Comcast liason for Lucent Technologies, the vendor provider for the Comcast provisioning solution at that time. She has also held various other integration positions in the IT industry.
A member of the Society of Cable Television Engineers and Women in Cable Technologies, Eilisa completed the Greater Philadelphia Chapter mentoring program in 2005 and graduated from the Rising Leader Program in 2011. Eilisa has also successfully completed the Comcast Fundamentals of Leadership program in 2008 as well as the High Tech Management Leadership (HTML) course in 2013, and most recently she graduated from the Executive Leadership Forum in January 2015.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Eilisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies in 1998, and went on to complete her Masters of Science in Information Systems at Drexel University in 2009.
