Elena has been with Comcast Spotlight for more than 10 years, with experience spanning local, regional and national sales. She has grown into a leadership role with the company and currently holds the position of local sales manager in Nashville.
In her current role, Elena manages a team of seven account executives. She enjoys helping each team member develop their skills by coaching to their individual strengths and acting as a mentor to those who are beginning to grow their career. This extends beyond the office into her community involvement with Tennessee Achieves, where she acts as a mentor to disadvantaged high school students, encouraging and guiding them toward a post-secondary education.
Prior to Elena’s time with Comcast Spotlight, her passion for working with clients to grow their business was channeled through the tech sector on the West Coast, where she helped launch multiple software companies. Her eclectic experience is a driving force behind her team, as she encourages each of them to embrace the multi-screen world in which we live and provide the best advertising and marketing solutions possible for their clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time spoiling her dogs and cats, travelling, and is a big fan of AMC’s hit show, The Walking Dead.
