Elena Biondi is the Senior Director of
Customer Operations for Comcast Business, the largest provider of Internet,
phone, and cable services to businesses. With more than 25 years in the
telecommunications industry, Elena has been recognized among colleagues and
clients for her innovative approaches to crafting solutions and streamlining
processes.
Since joining Comcast Business in 2010,
Elena has designed and deployed the service organization that ensures orders
are processed accurately and on-time for our advanced voice customers. In
her current role, she is responsible for driving operational efficiencies for
an end-to-end order fulfillment process to provide customers with a quality
experience. Prior to Comcast, she spent 19 years at Sprint leading
technical and customer-facing initiatives.
Elena holds a Bachelor of Science in
Mathematics from the University of Arizona. Her hobbies include mapping
her Italian ancestry and collecting stamps.
