Elianna Carlton is Vice President of Human Resources for Comcast’s Big South Region. In this role, she is responsible for all facets of human resources, including talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Elianna has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining Comcast, Elianna held HR roles in the healthcare and financial industries. She began her career at Comcast in 2006 as an HR Manager in Leesburg, FL., and has progressed through the organization, taking on roles of increased responsibility and scope. Prior to joining the Big South, she held the position of Senior Director, Employee Relations & Engagement for the Central Division, supporting Division and Big South Region’s employee engagement efforts.
Elianna is a graduate of the University of North Florida and earned two Master’s Degrees in Business and Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University. She also completed the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) and Comcast’s Foundations of Organizational Leadership (FOL).
