Liz Graham serves as Vice President, Advanced Services in Comcast’s NorthCentral Division. Ms. Graham is responsible for all product lines and leads the Division Project Management Organization as well as a team of managers focused on product testing, enhancement, rollout and defect reduction. Her team has improved product and business performance through initiation of testing, work teams, forums and cross-functional initiatives designed to deliver increased revenue and reduce defect and expense.
Some recent product enhancements supported by the Advanced Services team have included Comcast Digital Voice deployment across New England, speed increases to Comcast’s High Speed Internet including the PowerBoost service, and all-digital simulcast of the Comcast video product.
Before being promoted to her current position in September 2006, Ms. Graham served as Director of Operations for the Advanced Services team. Prior to joining the Advanced Services team in 2005, Ms. Graham was the Director of Government and Community Relations for Comcast. During her five year tenure in Government Relations, Ms. Graham oversaw franchise negotiations and license compliance in a variety of cable systems across New England.
Prior to entering the cable industry in 1999, Ms. Graham was a corporate attorney with the firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York City.
Ms. Graham received her A.B. and J.D. degrees from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She also has a Master’s degree from Oxford University, England.
