Beth Kurtz serves as Managing Producer for Scripps Networks Interactive. In this role, she manages the production support staff, and also produces several tent pole specials for HGTV and DIY Network.
During her 15 years with SNI, Beth has become an award-winning producer, with a versatile background in live broadcasts, stop-motion animation, instructional how-to videos, and documentary-style programming for both on-air and online. She’s also been instrumental in the evolution of high-profile shows for HGTV, including HGTV Dream Home Giveaway, and White House Christmas, for which she has had the high honor of interviewing two First Ladies.
Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting from Western Kentucky University, and resides in Knoxville, Tennessee with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs.
