Elle Moser

Elle Moser is the Senior Director of Global Organization & Leadership Development for Viacom.   Charged with designing, developing, and implementing innovative leadership programs, she’s currently creating a new core program in leadership that will ultimately roll out to levels of the company, from assistants to Senior Vice Presidents.  The pilot, targeted for Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents, is to launch in Spring 2012.   It teaches ways for leaders to build significant skills and leadership behaviors as well as powerful networks throughout the organization.

In addition, Elle is responsible for managing the Viacom Management Toolkit courses—on a wide range of subjects—as well as the groundbreaking Maximizing Brand You program, mentioned recently in Working Mother Magazine.  This year-long program has employees define their career goals and gives them the mentoring and skills they need to achieve them.

The Viacom Leadership Development program is the fourth leadership program Elle has designed in her career.  For a decade, she ran her own organizational development consulting firm; she’s also did a stint with Deloitte Consulting in their Change Leadership practice; and she’s had a successful and long run with the Xerox Corporation,  where Elle got her start in sales and marketing.

Elle’s primary service work has been focused on giving help and encouragement to families of alcoholics. She is also an honorary director of the Wyck Association, a National Historic Landmark house, garden, and farm in Philadelphia.

Elle received an M. A. in Adult and Organizational Learning from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Humanities from Montclair State University in New Jersey. She was an assistant teacher at the Columbia Business School in the MBA Executive Program.  Elle earned her ICF leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University.
