Emily Crawford

Emily Crawford is a Sales Operations Director in Cisco’s Global Service Provider business segment. Emily’s organization is responsible for Cisco’s global relationship with the most influential Web brands in the bay area. Her team is responsible for account strategy, customer satisfaction, executive engagement, and business alignment with these top clients to grow Cisco’s sales and technology adoption.


Prior to her work with Web customers, Emily held both leadership and individual contributor roles in Cisco’s Enterprise Sales business.  She began her Cisco career in 2007 as a Global Account Manager responsible for two NYC-based financial services companies.  As such, she was responsible for representing the entire Cisco relationship and coordinating large teams to interact strategically with these clients, ultimately growing the business 300+ percent.


Emily’s success in aligning technology enablement with her customers’ business objectives followed her into a Regional Manager role, and later Area Directorship appointments in the northeast, southeast and west coast.  As a Sales Director, Emily has run businesses contributing over $650M to Cisco’s annual topline.  Emily’s strength in leading global teams and coaching sales professionals has contributed to her teams’ and customers’ success. 


Before joining Cisco Emily worked as an Account Manager at Sun Microsystems, where she managed a broad range of customers from emerging dotcom companies to Fortune 1000 enterprises across many verticals.


Emily holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Duke University, having graduated with honors from both.  She lives in San Jose with her husband and three children.
