Emily Holmes currently holds the position of Senior Director – Law, Product at Charter Communications, where she serves as a technology transactions attorney supporting Charter’s product organization. In that role, Emily analyzes complex legal issues, develops creative solutions, and makes recommendations to senior executives regarding balancing legal risk with business objectives. She drafts, revises, and negotiates agreements governing the development or acquisition of mission-critical software products and related services, including SaaS licenses, master services agreements, service level agreements, statements of work, software development agreements, and other agreements. Prior to joining Charter Communications, Emily was a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, where she practiced in the firm’s Intellectual Property department.
Emily earned a BA in Political Science as well as her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She lives outside Denver with her husband, 4-year-old son, 2-year-old daughter and rescue dog.
